Themes of Bad Luck

When I read this book, one thing that struck out to me was the themes around Bad Luck.

  • There were several omens
  • A mention of Friday the 13th
  • The Broken Glasses
  • A Woman found on Board (something that Aubrey does not appreciate)
  • The Broken Chronometer
If you have a good way to expand on these ideas feel free. Also for some reason the bullets in your officer's lists seem to be bleeding into the cover art picture. Is anyone else seeing this or it is the skin I'm using? --LadyShelley 23:19, 17 December 2008 (GMT)
