As most lissuns know, I live in a "town" called Coarsegold in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Central California. I work in nearby Oakhurst, where I am the PC Guy for a business called Grant Mercantile Agency (and its sister company Medical Management Corporation, which is in Fresno). I was introduced to The Canon by my friend Zane, who is a corporate counsel for Google these days. Zane listened to a lot of audiobooks on his long commutes in the Bay Area; when I went to work for A Large Corporation in Southern California, he offered me the audiobooks he had finished.
